What to Expect on a Visit
We look forward to meeting with you to discuss your chiropractic needs. If this is your first time visiting us, here are a few things you can expect.
Consultation
Dr. Flanagan will meet with you one-on-one to discuss the reason for your visit. He will ask you a number of questions related to your current condition, level of pain, how and when the pain started, etc. Since every patient is different, you consultation will be based on your needs and healthcare goals.
Examination
A physical examination will also occur (depending on your level of pain and mobility) where you may be seated, standing and/or laying down. Dr. Flanagan will examine your spine, neck, gait and posture. He may then conduct a series of physical tests to determine range of mobility.
Treatment
Beyond your exam, recommendation will made for your treatment. In many cases you will receive your first treatment on the spot. This may be an adjustment or stimulation and relaxation of the muscles. All treatments will be discussed with you in advance so you will always know what to expect. If deemed necessary, long term treatment plans may be recommended.
Insurance
Please be sure to bring your ID and insurance information (if available) with you to the visit. Please also be prepared to complete our new patient forms.
If you have questions about payment options, please
